We offer two types of paper-to-CAD conversion
service: FullCAD™ and CustomCAD™. Both feature the same high-quality and
accurate conversion of your drawings. FullCAD™ has standard conversion
parameters and per-sheet pricing that make ordering very quick and easy. CustomCAD™ gives the customer
total control over the CAD specifications.
With a CustomCAD™ project you get a firm quotation based on the
requirements of the job. Either
way, you get dimensional accuracy, precise geometry, true text, layers,
linetypes, hatching, and fast turnaround with the best service
around.

are pleased to offer discounts off our already low prices for FullCAD™ when you
have larger quantities of drawings, as shown below:
If
the total number of sheets is 25 to
99, then deduct a total of 10
percent.
If
the total number of sheets is 99 or
more, then deduct a total of 20
percent.
Turnaround
Times
At Vectorex every job is a rush job. There is no extra charge for quick
turnaround. We work very hard to
deliver the completed CAD files to you on or before the date you expect. The following chart shows our typical

Offsite CAD production
service is priced based on the number of labor hours used within a 2-week
period. There is no drawing
complexity, density, size, or quantity requirement involved. The chart below shows the hourly rate
charged for the various levels of labor volume:

priced according to the labor required to fulfill your project
specifications. We provide free,
no-obligation quotes up-front so you will know the total cost before you
order.

we understand your requirements.

Other Terms and
Information
Set-Up Charge
A
single set-up charge of $30 is added to each order to cover certain overhead
expenses associated with each order (whether large or small). This way we can keep the per-sheet
prices as low as possible, and customers with larger quantities benefit from the
lowest overall cost. Submit as many
sheets as you want and there will only be one set-up charge. At Vectorex we do everything we can to
lower your costs.
Media and Shipping
For
fastest service we recommend delivery of completed CAD files to you as email
attachments or by FTP download. You
will save valuable time, and there is no extra charge for this.
If
you prefer, we can deliver your files on CD-ROM and standard shipping at no
extra charge. If you would like
your physical prints returned to you then a $10 charge will be added to cover
extra shipping, handling and packaging.
If you require rush or overnight shipping then we recommend that you
provide your shipper's account number for us to use. There is no extra charge for
this.
If
you are providing physical prints rather than scanned images then we recommend
you send good-quality photocopies that we can discard after the project is
completed. This way you will keep
your valuable originals in your possession and avoid the delay and cost of
return shipping.

3% cash discount.

Other
Important Information

Prices
for FullCAD™ conversion are based on drawings of typical complexity and
density. If your particular
drawings are more complex or dense than than typical drawings of that size then
you should use the CustomCAD™ service.
ü
The
prices and sizes listed above are for original-sized, non-reduced prints. If your drawing sheets have been reduced
then the price for the original size of the drawing will be used.
ü
If
your drawings are maps or oversized prints then you will need to use the
CustomCAD™ service and we will provide a prompt, no-obligation written quotation
on your project.
ü
Standard
turnaround times are best estimates, exclusive of weekends, holidays and other
non-working days. Vectorex is not
responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as
internet service interruptions, server downtime, etc.
